Opening Hours
The surgery is open Monday to Friday from 830am until 630pm and on Saturday mornings with normal consulting hours of: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 12.40pm 2.00pm - 3.00pm 4.00pm - 6.00pm Saturday 8.30 - 11.15am Consultations are by appointment and our initial appointments are 15 minutes long compared to the standard 10 minutes given in most veterinary practices. We accept payment at time of consultation, or when you collect your animal, by cash or debit/credit card and are happy to fill in and send off your pet insurance claim forms free of charge. Out of Hours Care
We aim to provide our patients with the best level of care throughout the day and night. In order to be at our best through the day, we have sourced first-rate out of hours emergency care at Vet999 based within Broadleys Veterinary Hospital, Stirling. This dedicated emergency service uses a team of veterinary surgeons and nurses who are committed to providing out of hours care throughout the night and weekends.
In the rare event that your animal requires to be seen out of our working hours please call our normal number 01786 474471 and follow the recorded instructions.
